Shipping

Due to the varied sizes and values of our products, we don't offer standardised shipping rates. Please get in touch for a shipping quote before completing check-out. Get in touch for more details – [email protected]

We ship our products worldwide and we are able to quote on delivery for both domestic and international customers. When your shipping quote is ready, your order can be completed.

Three shipping options are available:

White glove service:
Our shipping partner will deliver and install the piece in the room of your choice, with packaging removed. 

Kerbside service:
Our shipping partner will unload the product and deliver it to the front of your building door without packaging removal. Please provide full delivery address and any access considerations at time of ordering for us to provide an accurate quote. Kerbside delivery can also be made to a storage facility or warehouse.

Showroom collection:
We will carefully pack your piece(s) for them to be suitable for domestic van transit in and around London. We recommend that you then arrange for the furniture to be professionally packed and crated for international export.

When you ask us to arrange transport for you, we offer full value protection insurance at a small percentage surcharge. If you are organising your own transport we recommend you arrange this insurance protection yourself.

Note that the delivery time will depend on the chosen transport method (van, sea or air) and the delivery address. 


Returns

We hope that you will be happy with your artwork. However, if you wish to return the piece for a refund, you may do so provided that you contact us by email within 14 days of receipt to advise of your intention to return. 

Returns will only be accepted if the piece is in perfect condition, complete with original packaging and paperwork. 

To organise a collection, please email [email protected] with your name and order number. You will need to provide photos of the artwork to demonstrate that it is in its original condition, alongside photos of the packaged piece(s) showing all four sides of the box for insurance purposes. 

Please note, you will be responsible for any costs to return the artwork and we will provide you with a bespoke collection quote before we proceed with organising your return.

Please allow 14 days from receipt for us to process your return and issue your refund. Repairs and replacements are unavailable, as these are one-off original works of fine art.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

The House by M.A.H will perform the required custom declarations. 

Please note: Depending on the regulation of the destination country, your order might be subject to additional custom fees or local taxes. All taxes or fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. 

The House by M.A.H will not cover extra storage or shipping costs that may result from lack of custom clearance or duty/tax payment. For more information regarding customs, taxes and duties, we recommend contacting your local customs office directly.
