Pair of Vintage Skultuna Lily Candlestick Holders
A pair of Skultuna Skultana Lily candlestick holders, designed by Swedish sculptor Ivar Ålenius Björk (1905–1978). Originally created for Ystad-Metall and first shown at the 1939 New York World’s Fair, the lily-inspired brass forms transform a functional object into a sculptural statement. Dating from the period of Björk’s original design, this set predates the contemporary editions now made by Skultuna, in collaboration with the designer’s family.
H 12 x W 19 x D 7 cm
